consultations and client engagements. We comply with applicable data protection law,
including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 where applicable, and UK or other laws
where our activity falls within their scope.

client campaigns we may act as a processor on client instructions; responsibility depends on
the engagement and applicable law.

We may collect contact details (name, email, telephone, business, position, country and form
submissions); business and marketing details (profiles, goals, brand materials, campaign
data and consultation notes); technical data (IP address, browser, device, usage, referrals
and cookie identifiers); contractual and billing data (invoices, correspondence and
approvals); and leads from authorised advertising forms or landing pages (contact details,
property preferences and enquiry content). We limit collection to what is needed for lawful
purposes.

Information may come from website forms, consultation bookings, emails, calls, messages,
client engagements, advertising forms, events, authorised partner or client disclosures,
service providers and lawfully accessible business sources.

independent marketing.

Because our agency serves UAE and UK clients and uses international providers, data may
be processed outside the UAE. We apply legally required transfer conditions, including

We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls, such as access restrictions,

Our services primarily address adult business owners and professionals. We do not
knowingly solicit children’s data for independent commercial marketing. Where inappropriate

measurement and campaign optimisation. We comply with applicable transparency, lawful
basis and individual-rights requirements. We do not intend to make solely automated
decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without legally required protections.
